Working on some stationery for my wife’s event company www.fineprintevents.ca. Chose to use some uncoated stock with copper foil. Work in progress as I will be changing the foil types and stock options to include some gloss, matte and spot uv varnish.

Quite a while ago I did some kind of gift packaging for a welness centre basically the outside was black with matte uv and I used gloss for some shape and text that wasn’t that important but all looked really nice. KS is a nice help since it’s hard to guess how things will look in the end if you do subtle things
Hi Oscar, thanks for the feedback! I want to try black stock with spot uv next too. Yes I love keyshot for visualizing, but it also helps to create product mockups and even as product images that we could use on our e-commerce shop at www.demg.ca
Nice work, we should have a print & branding category…lol
Nice job,
I recommend playing with the levels a bit to help that pop. Foil labels are always tricky to get the light right.
Hi Harry, thanks for your feedback. You’re right, now that I look at it, hard to see the foil, was easier to see in the animation but I’ll try your suggestion.
thanks
